Fred started his career as digital ASIC designer after his microelectronic engineer diploma. Then he moved to a Business Manager position, in a service company startup where after 2 years he became COO of one of the spinoff, SPiDCOM Technologies, and led this startup to a worldwide success. In ADVANS Group he has the responsability to create the R&D and innovation department and the internal incubator. After 20 years of experience in the development of Start-Up and Business in high technology environments, half of which in an international and multicultural context Fred joined Abbelight (June, 2021) to structurize and be an active part of the scale-up of this already great success!
