Supported lipid membranes and free-floating vesicles imaged by Storm using Abbelight’s DONALD module. Supported membrane appear flat. Free floating Giant Unimellar Vesicles (GUVs) appear as cropped spheres. Partially adhered vesicle appears as a flat round patch with sharp vertical edges.
