Daptomycin antibiotic localization

BODIPY-FL-Daptomycin labelling  consisted  in  grafting  a  primary  rabbit  antibody  (8nm)  that  specifically  targets  BODIPY-FL  and  quenches  its  fluorescence.  Then,  a  secondary  goat anti-rabbit  antibody  fragment  (5  nm)  labelled  with  AF647  was  used  to target  the  rabbit  antibody.
