Rabbit psoas myofibrils

titin T12 – AF 647

SAFe 180, 2D image

The super-resolution images show the T12 doublets (separation ~180nm) that cannot be resolved with standard fluorescence microscopy.

Myofibril samples: Rabbit psoas myofibrils were fixed with 4% PFA for 5 minutes and then conjugated with titin T12 antibody. Samples were subsequently incubated with a secondary antibody labelled with Alexa Fluor 647 for immunofluorescence. The super-resolution images show the T12 doublets (separation ~180nm) that cannot be resolved with standard fluorescence microscopy.
