SMART Staining kit

Fixation, Labeling and Imaging all in one kit !

Ask for a quoteREAD MORE
Fixation and immuno-staining are essential steps to ensure high-quality STORM acquisitions.

However, protocols and their optimization are often time-consuming, cumbersome, and require strong expertise in sample preparation.

To simplify this process, abbelight has developed the first ready-to-use sample preparation kit designed and optimized for STORM imaging: the SMART Staining Kit

SMART STAINING KIT

It is a turnkey solution designed and optimized for the fixation, labeling and imaging steps of 20 samples (20 mL). It is easy and fast to prepare, compatible with STORM imaging, and provides excellent sample quality with no background noise and can be stored up to 6 months at -20°C.
  • Pre-fixative solution
  • Fixative and post-fixative solutions
  • Neutralizing solutions
  • Blocking solution
  • Primary and secondary antibody solutions
  • Washing solutions

You have also the possibility to add :

  • Primary antibodies
  • Secondary antibodies
  • STORM buffer : SMART Kit or Blinking Pad Kit
  • Pad Kit
